Workplace Conflict Resolution, Coaching &
Respectful Divorces for Professionals
Greetings!

Many of us have spent the last few weeks setting up remote work spaces and scrambling to get everything done. But businesses and organizations haven't thought through how to make this "new normal" efficient and supportive.

How do employees and managers know what's expected of them during a virtual meeting?
What does supervision look like now?
How do we support employees who are overwhelmed with taking care of their families?
What about workers who are isolated and alone?
How can people stay connected so they don't feel like strangers when the office is restored?

CREATE A DETAILED PLAN FOR HOW PEOPLE WORK TOGETHER

Now's The Time to Set New Workplace Norms:
  1. What kind of virtual meetings do you want to use?
  2. What do you expect at and from those meetings?
  3. Any guidance for your staff about how they show up to internal and external meetings?
  4. Maintain supervision and support: What does feedback look like now?
  5. Do you need to re-calibrate the performance indicators?
  6. What are your emergency back-up plans?

Prioritize Staff Cohesion By Forming a New Workplace Culture:
  1. How do people communicate when there's a misunderstanding?
  2. How can you support employees who are overwhelmed or isolated?
  3. What can be done to support a positive morale?

We help businesses create healthier workplaces by addressing and PREVENTING workplace tension. Now, more than ever, it's essential to communicate expectations and provide staff the tools to succeed.

We're working with Businesses and Orgs to create DETAILED CUSTOMIZED PLANS to set clear standards for:
  • how people work together;
  • how they maintain good relationships with clients;
  • how they get the work done;
  • how they maintain camaraderie during this crisis; and
  • plan for how the standards will shift when the staff transitions back to the office.

Support Your Community

Stay on Schedule, and Lead with Your Values?

Support through Coaching.

Our clients come to us when they are at a crossroads. Some are new to an Executive role and want help strategizing about how they can get the best from their staff and set key performance indicators for themselves. Others are more experienced, but want to re-calibrate to make sure their leadership styles and work habits align with their core values. In this time of social distancing, you need more support than ever.
