The Southern Economic Development Council, North America's premier regional economic development association representing 17 states and the world's best economic developers, is excited to invite you to the 2025 Emerging Leaders #YPCon. Scheduled for December 8 - 10 in Arlington, Texas, this event will unite the rising economic development stars in the #AmericanSouth. SEDC members will come together to foster community, delve into the fundamentals of economic development, explore methods to leverage momentum and opportunities in our communities, and discuss strategies for career advancement. Additionally, members will be able to network with leading site selection consultants.

The #YPCon runs December 8–10 in Arlington, Texas. It begins at 6:00 PM on the 8th with a welcome reception. December 9th is the main working day with morning panels, lunch keynote, an afternoon roundtable session, and an Ugly Christmas Sweater Reception to wrap up the day. The program concludes on the 10th with additional panels, a roundtable, and will end by mid-afternoon to allow for return travel.
