DVRPC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Greater Philadelphia region, established by an Interstate Compact between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. DVRPC stewards almost $2 billion annually in federal transportation funding to the region, identifying investments we need now and in 2050.
