Have an Idea for Change in Medicine?

Have you ever thought, “Why are we doing it this way?” or “Could this be improved?”

The PAMED House of Delegates gives physicians the opportunity to directly shape

healthcare policy in Pennsylvania - and it all starts with submitting a resolution.

Whether your idea relates to physician wellness, prior authorization, AI in medicine, patient safety, public health, or another issue impacting healthcare, ACMS can help guide you through the process. You do not need prior experience writing resolutions to get involved.

ACMS Delegation leadership is available to help members brainstorm ideas, refine proposals, and navigate the submission process ahead of the October PAMED House of Delegates.

Ready to start the conversation? Submit your idea through our Resolution Idea Form and one of our Delegates will reach out to help you navigate next steps. Resolutions are due by 4:00 PM on July 1, 2026.
