I have run several of the latest templates. In some cases, the early ed money loss has been substantial. Especially if we didn’t use conservative numbers there to start with.
If you need help with your template or would like us to update yours with actual data, please let me know and we will get it going ASAP.

Second, we still plan to have the 9:00 AM SOF ZOOM tomorrow as well as the 1:00 PM FIRST ZOOM.

REMINDER OF THE UPCOMING RAC MEETING
Our next RAC meeting is Wednesday, 10/8/25 at 10:00 AM. We are going to discuss the importance of good PEIMS data and a best practice of creating a “data integrity team” at your district.
For the CFO’s that do not attend the RAC meeting, we will summarize that portion of the meeting and will send that out to you via email by October 15, 2025.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding data integrity teams or PEIMS processes for the 25-26 school year. PEIMS will start altering your cash flow next semester. We want everyone prepared.
CONCLUSION
I look forward to visiting with those of you who choose to attend the ZOOM meetings tomorrow. The audience I most want to address is the new CFO’s and Superintendents. That said, the meeting is for everyone! I will likely record the ZOOM for those that cannot attend. But also know that we can catch up later if needed.
