In November, Fun Time Early Childhood Academy embraced the spirit of Thanksgiving, cultivating gratitude and creating special memories for our students. Our classrooms were filled with festive decorations, and the Thanksgiving projects our students created became cherished treasures that we shared with their families.

Our Fall Festival was the highlight of the month, gathering families for a day of seasonal activities and games. It was heartwarming to see parents and children enjoying time together, making lasting memories and embracing the joy of the season.

Family Engagement Month shone brightly through these moments, reminding us how vital parents are in their children’s early development.

Every interaction counts! Here are some simple ways to engage with your child daily:

  • Use mealtimes to teach new words and concepts—count grapes or talk about food colors and shapes.
  • Spend 15 minutes a day reading together.
  • Share stories, sing songs or play games with your child.
  • Create art inspired by their favorite books.
  • Take a walk, build with blocks, or solve puzzles together.

As we reflect on the year and the incredible people supporting our mission, we are immensely grateful to each of you. Fun Time Early Childhood Academy has four locations and a corporate office. Help us continue to grow by sharing our mission and services with your friends and family. Your support can connect more families who would benefit from the affordable, high-quality education and care we provide.

Thank you for being an essential part of the Fun Time Academy community. We look forward to celebrating this season of gratitude with you!

With warm regards,

Jessica

Suncoast Credit Union Parent Night

Our Parent Night was both fun and educational! Hosted by Suncoast Credit Union, we learned how to use our credit cards as financial tools.

This session provided an overview of credit card usage, warning signs of credit issues, and options for debt management and reconstructing existing credit.

Thank you to Suncoast Credit Union and to the parents who joined us! We truly enjoyed connecting with you.

We can't wait for our next Parent Night!

This month, children will learn that everyone has a family and that families come in all shapes and sizes. We'll share stories about our own families and learn to identify our immediate family members.

As we explore what makes a family, children will discover the many ways that families show care and support for one another. They'll think about how their own families help keep each other safe.

We'll also dive into the joy of celebration! Children will learn what it means to celebrate special occasions and recognize the unique traditions that they share with their families. From birthdays to holidays, every family has its own ways of coming together and making memories.

As we near the end of the month, we'll turn our attention to Thanksgiving. They'll discover the foods, games and special moments of gratitude that make Thanksgiving so meaningful.
