News from Your Executive Director | | |
Dear Friends of the Capital Trail,
We have some exciting updates to share! The Capital Trail is growing into Williamsburg, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. To make this happen, we’re adding a new team member, the Director of Trail Development - Capital Trail Extension, who will work with local partners, community advocates, and neighbors to help us move this next stretch of Trail forward.
We’re also looking for an Administrative Manager to support our growing team. If you or someone you know might be a good fit, check out both opportunities.
And now for the fun part, it’s time to celebrate! This fall marks 10 years of the Capital Trail, and we’re throwing not one but two birthday parties:
- October 3 – Billsburg Brewery (Williamsburg)
- October 4 – Triple Crossing Fulton (Richmond)
- Both parties run from 5-8 PM and will be filled with friends, fun, and plenty of Trail love.
Ticket prices go up on August 21st, so grab yours today before they sell out! (8-pack bundles are available, too.) We can’t wait to raise a glass to 10 amazing years of the Capital Trail and to the exciting miles still to come!
With Gratitude,
Cat Anthony
Executive Director
