Resource for ECE Professionals:

Healthy Minds @Work – Workplace Well-Being Program

The Pennsylvania Key is excited to announce the launch of the Healthy Minds @Work Program and research study through partnership with Healthy Minds Innovation (HMI). This program is available to all early childhood education professionals.

The Healthy Minds @Work Program provides a personalized path to greater well-being. Their 2-10 minute sessions make measurable differences in reducing stress and anxiety, decreasing burnout, and feeling more connected to the people who matter most. Healthy Minds would like to understand your experience with the program, so they will be conducting a research study through simple surveys.

Participating takes three easy steps:

Step One: Create an account or log in to access the research study.

Step Two: Complete the research survey.

  • The Survey may take up to 30 minutes. The survey must be completed to participate.
  • What you share stays private. Your data will never be sold. Individual responses are anonymized, as well as aggregated when sharing, to protect identities.

Step Three: Please join the Healthy Minds @Work Program Kick-off on:

Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 2:30 ET

HMI will join the Kick-off to introduce the program and dive deeper

into details, resources, and timelines.

Register for the April 25 Kick-off!

The session will be recorded.

The Pennsylvania Key and many other early childhood education providers have been using a version of Health Minds for several years. The Executive Director from the Pennsylvania Key, Dr. Marnie Aylesworth, shares her perspectives about that experience. View her video message!
