The guidance that was just sent out (see here) related to Isolation and Quarantine is guidance for the general public, NOT for adult care homes and other long-term care facilities.
Adult care homes and family care homes should continue to follow the NC DHHS guidance for visitation, testing, and quarantine for long-term care facilities issued in November. The guidance can be found at https://covid19.ncdhhs.gov/media/2334/open.
