Those contacted for auditions will be seen the week beginning August 11, with callbacks taking place the week of August 26. Only those contacted for an audition will be seen.

Alumni Profile Elenna Mosoff
Elenna has directed multiple shows for Hart House Theatre during her undergrad through her professional career. You may have seen her direction for The Rocky Horror Show  and then  Reefer Madness  in the 2006/2007 season and then Equus in 2010.

When asked about Hart House Theatre she said: "Hart House is a place that invests in people without expectation of what the investment will give them back… I’m not sure there is a better destination for growth than a place that can provide that – so many people don’t get that at home… or anywhere."

Ellen Stuart Ross Opening Doors Award
To celebrate the too short life of Ellen Ross Stuart (Nel), the  Ellen Ross Stuart Opening Doors Award was created in 2017 to "Open Doors" by empowering young writers to actively engage in their craft in association with Tarragon Theatre, the Blyth Festival, and Hart House Theatre.

Are you between 21 and 30 years of age? Have had your plays performed in a post-secondary institution, community theatre, theatre festival or playwright’s unit? Have you completed appropriate training at a post-secondary level and have an idea that will engage an audience in their 20’s?
