Join us this Sunday, August 31 after the 11:00 AM service for our final Summer Parish Picnic. Food will be served in the Multipurpose Room (lower level) and outdoor and indoor seating will be available. We'll enjoy burritos from Illegal Pete's. $5 donations are appreciated but not required. Celtic Spirituality
Celtic Christian Spirituality, rooted in early Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, emphasizes nature as sacred, the value of community, and the ‘anam cara’ or soul friend.

Sacred Ground: A Film-based Dialogue Series on Race and Peace, Begins Tuesday, September 9, 6:30 - 8:00 PM
This faith-based film and readings dialogue series explores America’s history of race and racism, weaving in family story, class, and regional identity. Meets every other Tuesday through mid-February. CLICK HERE to sign up.
Sacred Land: Food and Farming Begins Wednesday, September 17, 6:30 - 8:30 PM

Episcopal Essentials

Episcopal Essentials continues this Sunday and it's not too late to join in! This six-week course is for the curious and those desiring to make a mature commitment through Confirmation, Reception, or Reaffirmation of faith. It’s also a great mini-series for those who just want to learn more and grow. Join us for lunch every Sunday through September 21, from 12:30 - 2:00 PM. Open to those 15 years and older.

Youth Group Kick Off

We look forward to welcoming back middle and high schoolers to Youth Group on Wednesday evenings beginning on September 3: middle schoolers meet 5:30 - 6:45 PM and high schoolers meet 7:00 - 8:30 PM. Dinner is included.

Seraphim Choir Rehearsal
Thursday, Sept. 11 6:30 - 8 PM
The Seraphim Choir (St. Michael’s Adult Choir) will commence their regular Thursday rehearsals on September 11 from 6:30-8:00 PM in the Choir Room. Our first Sunday singing will be on Kick-off Sunday (stayed tuned to the Weekly eNews)! All singers, young and old, meek and bold, are welcome to join our choir! Soul Shop

Join us on Thursday, September 11 at 6:00 PM for this powerful, community-focused training designed to equip people of faith to bring hope and healing to those impacted by suicide. This abbreviated evening seminar will:
- Raise awareness of suicide as a pressing public health issue.
- Provide biblically grounded tools to help participants walk alongside those who are struggling.
- Empower churches to become safe, compassionate places of support for individuals and families in crisis.
Together, we can respond to this urgent need with faith, hope, and love—bringing light to a difficult but important conversation. No RSVP required.

Want to see the original, handwritten, hand-illuminated pages of The Saint John’s Bible (TSJB) in its home gallery? Attend the TSJB Pilgrimage Info Session on Tuesday, September 16 at 6:30 PM to learn more about the pilgrimage to St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota next summer. Ian Bradley’s book “Pilgrimage” describes it best: Pilgrimage offers a departure from everyday life in search of spiritual well-being, a sense of adventure, getting out of a rut, to broaden our horizons, or to seek new and different experiences.

Daughters of the King

Looking for a place to grow in faith while sharing laughter, friendship, and hope? St. Mike’s Order of the Daughters of the King invites women to grow in friendship through prayer and service. We lift our parish family in prayer, walk alongside one another in life’s ups and downs, and reach out by supporting community ministries that bring Christ’s love to others.
