RV/Power Reservations & Add-ons

Overnight Camping in Paddock: $100/weekend to WRL per vehicle

Power: $100/weekend per-connection payable to WRL (VERY limited power available, plan on utilizing generator)

RV Camping: If you need power for your RV you must go through COTA directly to reserve premium RV spaces at the website below:

HPDE: $600/6 additional 40-minute sessions

FLAGTRONICS REQUIRED

Flagtronics FT200, Driver ID Module and driver ID pucks for all drivers are REQUIRED for this event.

ACTION ITEMS

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2025 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dyno no later than 11/28/25 to Race@racewrl.com if competing at this event. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.

All drivers must be registered for the event on Motorsports Reg as well as have an up-to-date WRL membership. If you have trouble or questions with driver registration please email Registration@racewrl.com

All drivers must have a 2025 helmet sticker on their helmets. If you do not have a 2025 (25-XXXX) helmet sticker you must bring a physical copy of the form to registration along with your helmet.
