Cheers to 2025!

Greetings,

2024 was interesting, to say the least! While I experienced many triumphs and challenges, some positive highlights from 2024 included Layla's acceptance into the Alabama School of Fine Arts for dance, publishing two ebooks, and ending the year with a "Mayor's Choice Award" for the Coleman Center for the Arts' contributions to the Arts & Culture scene in York.

Last year is behind us now and I hope you are looking forward to 2025 as much as I am! As we embark upon a new season, I want to encourage you to focus on two things: growing your business or brand and building wealth by investing in real estate.

Nonprofit management is very different from what I imagined it would be. Have you always wanted to run a nonprofit and want to learn more before you dive in? Book a consultation with me today!

Cheers to the New Year!

Inspiring Change in Rural America...

The first stop of the "Gather Hear Alabama" tour came to York, Alabama, a rural town of 2400 that's 90% Black, with almost half the population living in poverty. In this piece, Dr. Marguerite speaks on the idea of classical music being for White elite. The tour went on to Marion, Alabama, where Layla Love performed with Miki Sawada at the Marion Art Center.

That's all for now. Until the next update... follow me!
