|
Thank you to our Community Investment donors! Donor car clings have been delivered today to your youngest scholar at Trivium. Please check their backpacks! Thank you so much for your support. We still need to raise approximately $10,000 in order to meet our fundraising goal and help balance the budget for this school year! If you have not yet become a proud donor, please join us in making a one-time or monthly gift to support the school!

|
Don’t forget to contribute your tax dollars to Trivium through the AZ Public School Tax Credit before you file your 2022 tax returns. The amount you contribute (maximum $200 single filers/$400 married filing jointly) will either be ADDED to your tax refund or used to offset anything you owe to the state of AZ.
We are currently at 43% to goal, and below are the current standings for our Dunk a Dean. VOTE TODAY for the Dean you most want to see dunked when we meet our Tax Credit goal!! Spread the news with all your AZ friends and family; they, too, can direct their AZ Public School Tax Credit to Trivium.

Important Health Office Updates
Dear Archway Trivium families,
I wish to inform you that Mrs. Kredit has resigned her position as our school nurse. We all appreciate your patience and support as we work through this transition. We are searching for a replacement. In the meantime, Mrs. Doyle, who was pivotal in helping us get through COVID, will serve as our nurse. I would also be remiss if I did not extend gratitude to Ms. Larsen, who has stepped up to carry a greater load during the transition. Please join me in thanking Mrs. Doyle and Ms. Larsen for their continued service. Should you have information to communicate to the health office, please call (623) 249-4591 or email hoffice@archwaytrivium.org.
Clay Scott
Headmaster

Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off/Pick-up
With the expansion of Archway and addition of the new building, there are significant changes to the traffic flow for the upcoming school year. Please carefully review the new Archway Traffic Flow for Student Drop-off and Pick-up and reach out with any questions. Taking the time to understand these procedures will help to ensure the safety of our students/staff and a smooth traffic flow.
Carpooling Update: Our east side pick-up lane has had a faster track and will now be our designated carpool lane.
If you have 2 or more Archway ONLY pick-up cards, you will be guided into this fast-track lane for a faster pick-up. Please be sure to have your pick-up cards ready to show our traffic controllers that you are carpooling so they can guide you to the appropriate lane. To maintain the flow of pick-up, others may be directed to the fast-track lane, but carpools will be given priority. Please do not enter the carpool lanes until you are directed to do so.
As a reminder, if you are picking up Middle School students DO NOT ARRIVE to campus before 3:15 PM. This creates significant delays. If you arrive before 3:15, we will ask you to go back into our pick-up lanes and try again.
Please follow the link below to review the DETAILED Archway Traffic Flow Plan and be sure to share this link with anyone authorized to drop-off/pick-up your children.
