Sunnyvale Residents Urged to Take Survey

The Town of Sunnyvale is working to update the Town’s comprehensive plan and needs to hear from the community.

The Imagine Sunnyvale Comprehensive Plan will serve as the Town’s official guide for land use and development for the next 20 years. When completed, the Imagine Sunnyvale Comprehensive Plan will be the product of the community, with a vision and recommendations guided by valuable input from residents, business owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

Residents, business owners and operators, property owners, developers and community stakeholders are encouraged to complete the Online Community Survey. The survey contains questions about important issues and opportunities facing the Town that the Comprehensive Plan planning process seeks to address. The survey will be available until Tuesday, Oct. 7. Your feedback is essential to creating a successful plan for our community!

Upcoming Events

The Town will host two more outreach events to gather more in-person feedback. These interactive events will allow you to learn more about the Comprehensive Plan process and provide your input. Everyone is encouraged to stop by on the following dates and locations:

We're Proud to Introduce Piper!

Learn more about this pet and others on our Petfinder page

Piper is a one-year-old female Pit Bull Terrier Mix: Hi, I'm Piper! I'm a bundle of joy, always ready for a game of fetch or a fun romp around. My heart is full of sweetness, and I love to share it with everyone I meet. I'm also quite brave, not afraid to explore new places or meet new friends. I may be small, but my spirit is mighty. I'm always up for an adventure, whether it's a walk in the park or just a cozy day at home. Life is an exciting journey, and I can't wait to share it with you. Adopt me, and let's make our own wonderful story together! Call to set up a "Meet and Greet" appointment.

We would love for you to share this with others and bring awareness to the Sunnyvale Animal Shelter's animals and services. If your family is ready to add a member, we currently have many adoptable cats in our shelter looking for a new place to call home. Learn more by visiting our Petfinder page or calling (214) 862-4525.
