As part of our continued transition to CHRS, we’re sharing an important update for employees regarding employee identifiers. Due to the transition, employees now have new CHRS IDs, while some campus systems still require Bronco IDs (BIDs). To help bridge this gap, we’ve created a Crosswalk Table in Tableau.

This dashboard allows you to look up and access employees’ Bronco IDs (BIDs), CHRS IDs, and CHRS Position Numbers to support transactions and requests that require these identifiers.

Please note: 

• This dashboard is only accessible to Management and Confidential employees.

• Within the dashboard, you can filter by Bronco ID, First Name, Last Name, or Department ID to locate employee records. 

• This resource is intended to support HR, position management, and related business processes in CHRS. 

• The data is updated nightly. For new hires or rehires, please allow up to 3 business days for records to appear in the dashboard.
