As we step into a new year, I want to begin with a simple but heartfelt message: thank you. Your support, generosity, and belief in our mission made the past year not only possible but meaningful. Because of you—our partners, neighbors, volunteers, and supporters—we were able to show up for our community in ways that truly mattered.

The year ahead brings new opportunities and important work. We are building on the momentum you helped create, with a renewed focus on deepening our impact, strengthening our programs, and expanding the ways we serve. In the coming months, you’ll see us advancing key initiatives, forging new partnerships, and continuing to listen closely to the needs of our community as we move forward together.

Mental Health Services

Integrating mental health services into our primary care model ensures that more patients have access to the care they need, when they need it. Last year alone, we scheduled 574 appointments for behavioral health services.

The individuals who volunteer their services- psychiatrists, psychiatry residents, licensed clinical social workers, and physicians- work together ensure that more of our patients have better care outcomes.
