While the COVID pandemic has created challenges, it has also reinforced the importance of the life science market sector which grew during the pandemic. Growth in the sector is being driven by the introduction of new technologies such as cell and gene therapies and increased global demand.

The Life Science markets are generally centered in specific locations such as San Francisco, Boston and with Southern California being in the top 10.
