See What's Happening at RIBBA

Hello Lisa,

Welcome to the June 2025 edition of RIBBA's newsletter! Recently, we held our Annual Meeting, where over 200 members, clients, program participants, and community partners gathered to reflect on our impact over the last 15 years. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, collaborate, and recommit to our mission of empowering small businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals across Rhode Island. Click here to view the full photo album from the event.

We are also thrilled to announce that our 2024 Impact Report is now available. This report highlights the measurable progress we have made over the past year and showcases the lives we have touched through our mission-driven work. Emerging Leaders Development Program - Pawtucket Cohort Launch

The Pawtucket Cohort was launched on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, marking a pivotal step in addressing the state's widening workforce skills gapโ€”an issue hindering economic growth and opportunity. We are excited to expand our 7-month leadership development program to Pawtucket, helping local professionals grow and bridge the skills gap. This flexible program offers customized training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities. Pawtucket is the first Rhode Island city to partner with RIBBAโ€”setting a great example! If your company, organization, or city is interested in partnering to bring this program to your residents or employees, contact us at info@ribba.org or call 401-383-1179.

RIBBA's Emerging Leaders Development Program is specifically designed to cultivate local talent through essential career development opportunities. This initiative empowers individuals to enhance their skills, increase their earning potential, and take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.

Participation is free, thanks to funding from the city of Pawtucket. RIBBA will facilitate the program in partnership with the University of Rhode Island's Office of Strategic Initiatives.
