Abstract (Oral and Posters) Submissions are due by February 9, 2026. This is also the deadline to be considered for Student Registration Awards.  The system will close at 11:59pm EST on February 9, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after that date. The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts and notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by email by March 9, 2026. Student Registration Award Winners will also be notified by email by that date.

The Late-Breaking Abstracts (Posters Only) Submissions System will open on March 10, 2026. Late-breaking submissions will close at 11:59pm EST on April 6, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after that date. The Scientific Committee will review Late-Breaking abstracts and notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by email by April 13, 2026.

We are excited for the fifth annual session of the Future of Therapeutic Ultrasound! This poster session will provide a great opportunity for academic and industry recruiters to speak directly with current graduate students and postdoctoral researchers who are actively seeking positions.

This session is open to any early career scientists or senior graduate students who are expected to be on the job market within the next 2 years. Separate tracks will be available for individuals pursuing academic and industry career opportunities.

Submissions will close at 11:59pm EST on April 6, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after that date. The Student Membership and Awards Committee will review the submitted abstracts and notification of acceptance or rejection will be made by email by April 13, 2026.

The educational symposium will be at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). The meeting will bring together nearly 500 attendees worldwide. The Gala Event will be held in the historic city centre which is about a 20 minute walk away, or less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the University.

The Gala Event will be held on Wednesday, June 17th. The evening will begin with a very special organ concert at Nidarosdomen, the Nidaros Cathedral. Experience the beautiful music in the world’s northernmost medieval cathedral which has been a pilgrim destination for almost 1000 years.

After the concert, we will walk next door to the Archbishop's Palace to celebrate with colleagues over a dinner of Norwegian delights in a traditional atmosphere! The castle is one of the largest medieval stone structures in Scandinavia and the oldest walls are likely from the 13th century.
