USG Grants: USG is now accepting grant applications for the Spring semester! All grants are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. All undergraduate clubs can apply for event, travel, and asset grants. Please refer to this presentation for more information on grants. Completed applications should be emailed to usg_treasurer@stonybrook.edu.
- USG has recently approved the Weekend and Evening Enhancement Grant (WEEE) sponsored by the University! This grant aims to foster and enhance student life on campus by providing additional support and incentives to the vibrant weekend/evening programs hosted by RSOs. Organizations will have the opportunity to receive funding for collaborative/individual events hosted by RSOs, specifically on nights and/or weekends. All organizations are eligible to apply.
Fall PBC Applications: PBC applications for the fall semester are now closed, thank you for applying! Reminder: clubs applying for a line budget must use at least 75% of their PBC budget to be eligible.
Spring PBC Applications: PBC applications for the spring semester will go live two weeks prior to the start of the spring semester. Look out from emails from the Office of Clubs and Orgs for further instruction as well as information on upcoming PBC workshops!
Treasury Timelines
As a reminder, invoice requests must be submitted with all required materials 3 weeks prior to the date that you expect your item. Any invoice requests involving contracts must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
RHA/Hall Council Club Collaboration Grant: Want to collaborate with a Hall Council and have a way to utilize residential hall spaces? The RHA Grant provides a way to take your event to the next level. More information is here to read. Funds will be prioritized for Saturday and Sunday events. All organizations are eligible to apply.
