As you may or may not be aware, we (Lyn & Beth) have decided to retire sometime within the first half of next year. The property is for sale and, although our desire would be to sell the business too, keeping everything intact, we realize this may not be possible.
We will continue to operate as we have, providing you the best service we possibly can. We plan to honor Birthday Discounts, B.R.A.N.C.H. (Buyer’s Rewards) and facilitate any special ordering requests. Having completed our annual buying trips, we are still receiving goods and our shelves are totally stocked. We encourage you to come in and use your earned rewards or visit as often as necessary to fill your current B.R.A.N.C.H. card to achieve and earn full rewards. At some point, we will discontinue the B.R.A.N.C.H. rewards and will provide ½ of the pro-rated portion earned on the cards as a thank you for your continued support. Complementary gift wrapping will continue for as long as our wrapping paper and boxes permit.
We did not make this decision lightly and it is with heavy hearts that we choose this time to take this action. While we were closed for an extended period with COVID we realized how much we genuinely enjoy our home environment and how the stresses of running and growing a business were more than what we now want in our lives. We know we are valued by many as a unique place to find exquisitely crafted hand-made works of art from throughout North America and we appreciate the support you have shown us throughout the years.
We plan to continue our relationships with many of our wonderful artists for the foreseeable future, so if there comes a time we can help you find that perfect gift, let us know. If we can, we will be glad to help.
We have enjoyed meeting the variety of individuals this business has permitted us to meet and to foster friendships we may not have otherwise had the opportunity to enjoy. We hope we will remain in touch after this chapter closes.
