In this program, Ciro Immordino, Director of the Franchise Tax Board’s Settlement Bureau and Katherine “Katie" Lien, Tax Counsel at the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, will provide insights on settlement procedures for the FTB and CDTFA, best practices in settlement, and tips and other insights on the settlement bureaus of each agency.
The Taxation Law Section is chaired by Philipp Behrendt.
