The USCIS has announced the full implementation of Premium Processing for National Interest Waiver EB-2 and Multinational Manager/Executive EB-1C petitions. These petitions will become eligible for Premium Processing starting January 30, 2023. This will apply to initial filings as well as petitions previously filed with USCIS.

The Premium Processing fee for these cases will be $2500 which will guarantee a decision within 45 calendar days.

We are actively working on identifying all cases at our firm that will be impacted by this Premium Processing expansion and will reach out to those clients for whom this new option will be available.
