EDUCATION SESSION
Assembling an ESG Focused Team
| |
The ideal ESG team is one that balances analytical rigor with strategic vision, ensuring these issues are woven into the fabric of the institution's operations. This is critical to achieving long-term success in a world increasingly focused on sustainability.
When assembling an ESG team, institutions should consider the specific needs of their business, the expectations of their stakeholders and the regulatory environment in which they operate. Careful selection of the appropriate mix of roles—from analysts and strategists to CSOs and risk managers—can help financial institutions not only meet their ESG obligations, but also leverage sustainability as a driver of growth and innovation.
The demand for specialized skills and leadership in this area will only grow as ESG continues to evolve. Explore the kinds of education and courses that are available and consider the talent pool and landscape from the perspective of a recruitment specialist.
Bring your questions as you look more closely at your own teams and their ESG-related activities.
Share your ideas with colleagues as you network during an aperitif, following the program.
