Patrizia Malanga is an enterprising woman with a passion for creativity, love for all things that grow, and a down-to-earth approach to positivity, productivity and self-confidence. She now lives her dream of owning a vineyard overseeing the yearly birth of her red and rosé wines, and cooking for her winery guests. She specializes in seasonal farm-to-table meals and simple local recipes while taking the kitchen wisdom of her grandmother & mother in law to heart. This is cooking for Patrizia!
