In my daily restaurant journal, one of the entries that I love to compare from year to year is when the trees out front pop! It is always within a few days. This year it is a bit early, but still in the same timeframe.
And.. they are not done yet!
Such a beautiful site when they are in full bloom and the limbs just hang with the heaviness of pink, full blossoms. Ahh.. Spring how we love you so!

We are thrilled to be back from our 3 days off! Lots of Spring ideas are sprouting, including Mother's Day, and we look forward to putting them all together for you soon in a nice edible manner.
