Junior Deputy Program - Applications Open Now

The Junior Deputy Academy is an 8-week character-building program for youth aged 10 to 16. The Academy is free and taught by Vista Sheriff deputies in collaboration with the City of Vista. The Academy is offered for free but is limited to youth who live in Vista. The program introduces youth to the Sheriff's Office and their role in the community; encourages healthy habits, including self-awareness, discipline, and courage; improves decision-making skills and conflict-resolution techniques. Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum - Plein Air Art Day

The Antique Gas and Steam Engine Museum is organizing an open Plein Air art day and would like to invite anyone interested in joining us. (Children must be under adult supervision). Please share with any artists that you think would have an interest in Plein Air. They also have other opportunities, such as open areas for murals, designing exhibits and teaching art classes.
