Hilton Head Island Beach Regulation Reminders
No alcohol (liquor), beer or wine.
No dogs or other animals are allowed on the beach between 10 am & 5 pm, starting the Friday before Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
No shovels made of materials other than wood and/or plastic; the shovels must be less than 30”(L) and 6”(W).
No holes greater than 12” deep. Please fill in holes before you leave. This helps protect our beachvisitors from getting injured if they step in a hole and our sea turtles from getting trapped or injured if they fall in a hole.
No tents, towels, chairs, coolers or other personal belongings should be left overnight.
Harming, harassing or removing any live beach fauna (sea turtles, birds, or their eggs; sand dollars, conchs, starfish, etc.)

From the Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department
Sea Pines CSA crews and contracted service providers continue clean-up efforts throughout the community following Tropical Storm Elsa. Our teams are still in the process of addressing and prioritizing safety concerns for our roads, CSA-managed open spaces (approximately 1,200 acres), leisure trails, and beachwalks related to storm damages and debris. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work as safely and quickly as possible to address this clean-up recovery effort.

Mulch deliveries have resumed as of Thursday, July 15th. To place a mulch delivery order online, please click here.
We treated for mosquitos this past Tuesday, July 13th. Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, July 19th during overnight hours, weather permitting.

Successful Community Blood Drive Held 7.8.21
We want to thank the community for a successful blood drive. There were 19 donations collected at the American Red Cross event held on July 8th. The Sea Pines community helped save up to 67 lives. There is an emergency need for type O blood, so those donations went straight to a hospital. We are looking forward to hosting our next community blood drive in October!
Sea Pines Architectural Review Board Open Positions For 2022
The Sea Pines Architectural Review Board has three Board openings beginning January 1, 2022.
(2) Full-time Architectural Review Board Member Positions (Serves a 3-year term)
(1) Alternate Architectural Review Board Member Position (Serves a 1-year term)
The Sea Pines ARB meets every Tuesday at 1:00 PM. Interested candidates should submit a completed application form to Sandra Archer, 175 Greenwood Drive Hilton Head Island, SC or by email at sandra@csaseapines.com by August 1, 2021.
