Meet Luci Smith, New Chair & CEO, BOMA International

Luci Smith, BOMA Fellow, RPA, FMA, was sworn in as the 2025-2026 Chair & Chief Elected Officer at the recent BOMA International Conference in Boston. A respected leader in commercial real estate, she is Director of Property Management at Link Logistics and has served as President of BOMA Orlando and BOMA Southern Region.

Glenn Good Elected Vice Chair,

BOMA International

Glenn Good, Principal of San Francisco-based Glenn Good Group, was elected Vice Chair of BOMA International. Glenn is also President of BOMA PSW and a BOMA Fellow. Click the Read More button below to learn more about his vision and goals for his new role.

Other new BOMA International officers include: Kjersten Jaeb, VP Asset Management at Healthpeak Properties, was elected as Chair-Elect. Don Fairgrieve-Park, Executive Vice President at QuadReal Property Group, elected as Secretary-Treasurer.

PSW Leaders Celebrated at the BOMA International Conference

Your BOMA PSW leaders played key roles and stepped up to new responsibilities at the BOMA International Conference. There was an outpouring of gratitude to outgoing Chair & CEO Manny Moreno, President of PJMB Commercial and a BOMA OEB member.

PSW leaders joining the BOMA International Executive Committee included: Julie Taylor, BOMA Oakland/East Bay Executive Director; Sarah MacIntyre, Senior Director at CBRE and BOMA Oakland/East Bay member; Liz Despins, Portfolio Manager at Newmark and BOMA Oakland/East Bay member, and Christina Winstead, Managing Director at BluSky Restoration Contractors and a BOMA Greater Los Angeles member. Marc Gille, Vice President of Rockhill Management in San Francisco, continues to serve on the Executive Committee.

The TOBY Awards Gala was the grande finale of the BOMA International Conference, and three teams from the PSW Region won the prestigious International TOBYs in their categories. Congratulations to these outstanding teams!
