Final reminder for people on the DD Waivers Waiting List: Submit your IFSP-Funding application!

This is a final reminder from the IFSP that the Funding Portal will close on Friday, October 30 at 11:59 p.m.

If you have already submitted your application, please check your email to make sure you've received your confirmation email.

• The subject line will be "Your IFSP application has been submitted."
• The email will come from donotreply@wamsvirginia.org.
• This confirmation email will also include your Application ID, which will look like FY27000000. Keep this number close in case you need help later!

Once you've received your confirmation email, there is nothing else you need to do!

If you have started your application but NOT submitted it, please make sure you submit it by October 30.

If you have NOT started your application, there's still time! Visit the IFSP-Funding page on My Life, My Community for information about the IFSP-Funding program.

Please note: On October 30, call center support is available until 4 p.m. Support from the IFSP is available until 5 p.m.

Here are a few reminders:

• To be eligible to apply, all applicants must be on the Developmental Disability Waivers Waiting List and be living in their own home or in their family's home.

• Applicants with a priority 1 Waitlist status may apply for up to $1,000.

• Applicants with a priority 2 or priority 3 Waitlist status may apply for up to $500.

• You will NOT need to know your Waitlist priority number in order to apply. When you log in, the application will show you your priority number and how much you can apply for.

IMPORTANT: We are approaching the card expiration date for funds that were issued in December 2025! IFSP-Funding recipients must activate, utilize, and/or withdraw the funds from their Way2Go debit cards. Failure to activate these cards may impact an applicant's eligibility for future funds. To get help activating a card or obtaining a replacement card, please call Conduent's automated customer service toll-free number at 800-961-8423, or call the My Life, My Community toll-free helpline at 844-603-9248.

For help with the IFSP-Funding Portal and application, please contact our toll-free My Life, My Community call center (operated by VirginiaNavigator) at 844-603-9248. The call center is open from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The helpline is there to support you! Operators can answer questions and help troubleshoot any issues. While they can’t complete the application for you, they’ll do their best to make the process easier. Wait times may be longer during times of high call volume — so please be patient!
