Updates from Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department

Permanent line striping occurring today along Greenwood Drive Temporary traffic delays may occur and flagman will be present to assist with traffic, if needed. You may use Club Course Drive to Governors Road to avoid this work. Thank you for your patience as we completed this work Road repair work scheduled for tomorrow Friday, January 18 th South Sea Pines Drive and Greenwood Drive intersection asphalt/road repair. This work will take place- 9am - 1pm. Traffic control plan will consist of a flagging operation, signs and necessary cones. Expect minor traffic delays Roadway pothole repairs- Greenwood Drive, from Sea Pines Circle to the Club Course Drive. Updates from Sea Pines CSA Finance Department

Due Date of Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment extended through January 31, 2019 Due to the delayed distribution of the 2019 Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessments, we are granting an extension of time to remit your assessment until January 31, 2019. Late fees and interest charges will not begin to accrue until February 1, 2019. Assessment Information 2019 Annual Assessment Rates: Residential Family Dwelling Unit Developed 2019 Residential Assessment – $1,076 Residential Lot Undeveloped 2019 Residential Assessment – $641   This amount is payable by January 31, 2019. You can make your payment online.  Click here to take you through the online payment process.   For questions regarding the annual assessment or to set up a payment plan, please contact the Sea Pines CSA Finance Department by emailing Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com .
