Thanks for a great show, Channel Partners! We appreciate the engagement, insightful conversations and questions, and the fun. Figured we would share the love and cover items that came up in conversation, last week:

2. We had a large crowd checking out our POTS Transformation demo. We displayed the MetTel DataRemote POTS in a BOX device, how we mount and ship it out, connect it, test for signal strength and monitor the service. Our solution is a fully managed service and includes: staging and kitting, deployment, professional installation, over-the-air firmware updates, AI monitoring and alerts with device break-emergency replacement. MetTel's solution allows customers to maintain legacy equipment, plug in preconfigured solutions with all accessories included.

3. The MetTel PIAB comparison to other devices always comes up. Some easy answers are listed below:
- With 19 POPs and MetTel's private network, our PIAB just works, provisioned to the closest data center, customers receive secure, private traffic routing and 24/7 NOC support.
- The MetTel PIAB works with particularly stubborn instances like fax, entry gate systems or alarms, supporting low speed modem specifications.
- The MetTel device consistently meets new compatibility protocols and is UL certified (newest performance and hazard-based and prescriptive standard).
- Unlike others that provide tier 1 support who address just one part of the environment, MetTel looks at the whole picture, provisioning for individual line use, automatic communication protocols and more.
- Backup power supply.
- Cloud-based management portals, device manager, cloud PBX with SMS and email alerts.

4. eSIM will be installed on over 3.4B devices by 2025, up from 1.2 in 2021, reaching a $4B market by the end of the year. We talked with partners on our eSIM provisioning and technology for managing mobile connectivity, always available device and IoT secure connections.

5. Speaking of IoT, MetTel's Single SIM provides multi-carrier access with global, intelligent roaming for UC, fleet and workforce management, agriculture and robotics.

6. Our VP of Mobility and IoT, Max Silber, discussed 5G on stage. While at the show, we covered Mobility Device as a Service which takes various mobility services and bundles products to account for work created in the pandemic. MDaaS is actual devices where you can click to order, MetTel carrier service with the ability to cross-carrier pool, device provisioning, enrollment and configured-shipped out same day with device protection, recycling and secure wipe.

7. For those with MS licenses looking to consolidate either through acquisitions or to rollout a UC program, MetTel is one of 11 certified Microsoft partners providing MS Teams Operator Connect. MS customers can choose which option is best to replace a PBX enabling external voice to PSTN lines transitioning MS Teams as a full UCaaS softphone - inbound/outbound with on demand collaboration functionality.

8. Partners asked us about our newly announced managed CCaaS service with TalkDesk. MetTel serves as the telephone carrier for service, end-to-end management from number porting to assignments, handsets and customer service, tier 1 support, Tier 2&3 support monitored by MetTel NOCs, and the overall benefit of one provider for it all - connectivity, voice, equipment, install, monitoring, support all on one bill.
