Connect Care Launch 4: What Community Providers Need to Know. Connect Care Launch 4 is scheduled for May 28, 2022 and affects sites in Calgary and Edmonton zone. To avoid disruption of services, make sure to use your Connect Care identifiers on your requisitions. Clinical Documentation to be Made Available from AHS to Primary Care Providers (PCP). Starting April 19, Summative Notes authored within Connect Care will be automatically sent to the corresponding Primary Care Provider upon patient registration or admission. This enhancement will improve patient transitions between AHS and primary care providers.
