For more than 22 years, Saving Grace has helped thousands of dogs find safety, healing, and loving homes.

Some arrive as puppies. Some are adults who have lost their way. Some need medical care before they're ready for adoption. Others simply need time, patience, and a family willing to see their potential.

Every day, our shelter partners reach out about dogs who need help. While we celebrate every adoption and every success story, the reality is there are still more dogs waiting in shelters than we currently have the capacity to serve.

More foster homes. More adopters. More volunteers. More donor support.

All of it helps Saving Grace say "yes" to more dogs in need.

That's why this fall we're launching our Giving Tuesday and End-of-Year Campaign: The Next Chapter.

Over the coming months, we'll introduce you to the dogs we serve, the people who help them, the partners who make rescue possible, and the dogs who are still waiting for their chance.

Because every adoption begins long before adoption day.

And because of supporters like you, more dogs find safety, healing, and home.

Together, we're writing the next chapter of rescue.

Kristi came to us with a severe neck wound, likely from getting caught in machinery or fencing. We’re happy to share that she just passed her vet check with flying colors!

Kristi is staying at the farm while she waits for her forever family. She is officially available for adoption.

After everything she has endured, Kristi is ready for the next chapter of her life: a safe, comfortable home filled with love, cozy naps, and all the happiness she deserves.

💕 Meet Marti: Big Personality, Tiny Package!

Don’t let Marti’s tiny size or senior status fool you—this little lady has a BIG personality! And those ears? They’re almost bigger than she is and are definitely her signature feature. 🥰

Marti is a happy little explorer who loves car rides, bath time, cuddles, and even getting dressed up.

At night, she’s a perfect little sleeper who settles into her crate, although she’d happily snooze right beside her favorite person, too. During the day, her ideal spot is curled up on the couch, soaking up all the love and companionship she can get.

If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing companion with plenty of personality packed into a fun-size body, Marti might be your girl!

Marti’s adoption fee is waived for prior adopters, fosters, and hosts!

Full-Time and Part-Time RVT Needed - Spay and Neuter Clinic

No weekends! No nights!

Saving Grace Animals for Adoption is looking for a compassionate, dependable RVT or experienced veterinary technician to join our fast-paced spay/neuter clinic.

Our veterinary team provides essential care to rescued dogs throughout North Carolina, preparing them for their forever homes.

Fulltime

-Certified RVT is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with experience in veterinary surgery

-Experience: RVT: 1 year (Preferred)

-Salary position Mon-Thur 7:30-5:30pm with paid sick and vacation time.

Parttime

-Certified RVT is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with experience in veterinary surgery

-Experience: Veterinary technician: 1 year (Required)

-1099 Hourly position Tue & Thur for 15-20 hrs per week.
