The Nativity will be presented by The Nativity Puppets at Grace & Holy Trinity Cathedral at three performances on December 2, 3 and 4.
We are planning a group to attend the Saturday, December 3 performance at 2:00 pm. We will carpool from the church at 1:00 pm to see pre-show entertainment and to get the best seats (it is open seating.)
Sign up in the Narthex or reach out to Elaine Gilligan ASAP! Tickets are $12 for seniors and children; $17 for others. If we can put together a group of 15 people, we will get a group rate of only $10 each! Sign-up by Sunday, November 27.
Written and designed by Paul Mesner, The Nativity is a production comprised of over 40 volunteers, instrumentalists, vocalists, and singers from the greater Kansas City community. The Nativity was first presented at Grace & Holy Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in 1999. Performances included puppeteers and musicians. Those involved range from ages 8 to 70 and many have been with the production since it’s inception. The current director, Jesse Schaaf, started that very first year as one of three Sheep.
