CCMS Members: Deadline Extended to 11/14 to Submit an Application to Speak at the 14th Annual CCMS Women's Health Forum - "Be a Wellness Super Woman"

This public service event for our community is April 1, 2023 at Naples United Church of Christ, 8:30am-1:00pm. Speaking opportunities are limited to CCMS physician members, including actively practicing and resident/fellow physicians, presenting on women's health topics in a variety of breakout rooms that hold from 40-200 attendees. Approximately 300 women, primarily age 50+, are expected to attend.

To apply, return your completed application by 1pm, Monday, November 14th.

Fax completed forms to the CCMS office at 239-435-7790 or email us. Note: space is limited, and receipt of completed form does not guarantee a speaking opportunity. Our committee will do its best to place everyone, and members who apply to speak on topics listed on the form are given a higher priority. Selected speakers will need to pay their 2023 membership dues by the renewal deadline of December 31, 2022.

Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited. Rates range from $550-$2,200. (CCMS members who are solo practitioners receive a discounted rate of $300 for a display table.)
