IMPORTANT ACTION DUE ON PART 108

As you know the BVLOS Part 108 NPRM is out. Your comments are due to the FAA by October 6, 2025. Its really important that the FAA hear from you!

Please submit your own comments directly to the FAA so you are heard. The Chapter will also be submitting general comments. Please get us any feedback on the proposed NPRM you think would make sense for the chapter to provide to FAA, no later than September 26, 2025.

Your feedback on the proposed NPRM should be addressed to yours truly as we are compiling member feedback to blend into AUVSI Cascade comments as is appropriate:
