New Chemical Policy:
We are rolling out a new enhanced chemical package this year focusing on borates. Since this is specialized chemistry, our men will only be adding our endorsed products to be used with this system. If you are a maintenance (valet) client, we will now ask you to purchase our chemical kit to be used throughout the season. We want to deliver consistent results to our maintenance clients; thus, we cannot use the products from other manufacturers and trust them to perform the same as ones chosen for compatibility. The kit is designed to cover 12 weeks of your pool's gallonage. If you are a paradise pool package client, you will get 10% off your initial chemical order and any extras you wish to add. Additionally, our paradise pool package clients who purchase this year's kit will receive a Green Algae Free Guarantee which means your pool will not grow green algae in the water, period. If it does grow, we will provide liquid chlorine for free to eliminate algae growth. This kit has been designed to bring ease of maintenance, lower operational costs, offer unequaled water comfort, and extend the life of your filtration equipment's media.
Borates are a special type of salt that interferes with green algae's growth process, stopping it from ever blooming. Borates also enhance the look and feel of the water, promising shimmering, crystal-clear water that feels better on the skin, hair and eyes. Lastly, borates act as a stabilizing agent for pH and Total Alkalinity, reducing the usage of balancing chemicals yearly. With borates, we no longer need to focus on removing phosphates, as they can no longer be used as food by algae. Since borates are a type of salt, they stay in the water year to year and will require less added the following year to get it into operational range. Borates are not only the cornerstone of our Green Algae Free Guarantee, but also removes the need to use phosphate removes or a poly quat algaecide, saving money, time, and filter abuse.
There are two other new products we are introducing. Beautec is a polymer descaling agent that prevents calcium scaling and metal oxidation which will also help remove existing calcification and metal staining. Pool Perfect is an enzyme treatment designed to breakdown oils and grease, saving your filter cartridges or grids from wear and tear. This should be mandatory for all cartridge filters, but even DE and sand filters will benefit from this product.
The information and pricing for the new chemical kit is on the third page of the service agreement.
