🔗Brooklyn City Pizzeria and
Market
📍30012 Crown Valley Pkwy, Suite L - Crown Valley Plaza
Constantine “Gus” grew up in Brooklyn, where his father, a Greek immigrant, owned two diners and introduced him to the restaurant business at an early age. After moving to South Orange County in 2014, Gus found himself missing the neighborhood food traditions he grew up with—especially authentic New York-style pizza.
During the pandemic, Gus and his family began making pizzas at home, spending years perfecting their recipes and working to recreate the flavors of Brooklyn. That passion eventually became Brooklyn City Pizzeria, a family-owned business serving fresh, New York-style pizza made with high-protein flour, locally sourced ingredients and select ingredients from Italy. The dough is cold-rested for up to three days to create its signature crust.
Today, Brooklyn City Pizzeria remains a family affair, with multiple generations helping run the business. Gus hopes to give South Orange County residents a taste of Brooklyn while creating the kind of welcoming neighborhood pizzeria he remembers from growing up.
