Our office will be closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 in observance of the holiday.

We will reopen Monday, November 30.

Don't Let $5 Add Up!

January 1, 2027 is getting closer! If you're still receiving paper statements, now is a great time to make the switch to FREE eStatements and avoid the upcoming $5 monthly fee.

Switching is easy! Sign up through the eBill app or call our office at 574-223-2191 during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. We're happy to help!

Celebrating 10 Years With RTC! 🎉

Today we're recognizing Paul Carpenter for 10 years of service with RTC! As a Service Technician, Paul plays an important role in helping keep our customers connected and providing the reliable service our communities count on.

We're thankful for the time, hard work and commitment Paul has given to RTC over the past decade.
