This is a great opportunity to lend a helping hand, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with fellow residents who share a love for gardening and community. All skill levels are welcome—no gardening experience required!

Anthem Shredding Event

Start the new year fresh and clutter-free! Join us for our New Year Shredding Event, a convenient and secure way to dispose of old documents, files, and paperwork you no longer need. A professional shredding truck will be on-site to safely destroy your materials on the spot.
Central Texas Shred will be on-site for two hours for residents to shred personal documents such as:
- Paper
- Hard drives
- VCR tapes
- CDs/DVDs
- Cell phones
- Thumb drives
This event allows residents to dispose of personal documents not exceeding four banker-sized boxes or five grocery-sized bags per vehicle.

2026 Renew Sound Bath

HOA Assessment

1st QUARTER ASSESSMENTS ARE DUE!
A gentle reminder, quarterly assessments are due on January 1st. Anthem Master, Anthem Cottages, & Freedom at Anthem assessments are due on the first of January, April, July, and October. Payments are NOT included in your monthly mortgage and must be made separately. As a courtesy, we will mail a letter reminding you of the due assessments.
If payment has not been received and processed by 5:00 pm on the 1st of the month they are due, your assessments are considered past due.
All accounts that are past due will be assessed a $25.00 late fee with an interest charge.

There are a variety of different payment options available to you, including online payments, direct debit, electronic checks, and credit card payments. The Annual Assessment is billed quarterly and due by 5:00 pm on the 1st of January, April, July, & October.

Reminder: trash containers and recycling bins must be properly stored when not in use, in accordance with Section 2.04 of the Anthem Development Area Declaration.
Per the Declaration, trash containers and recycling bins must be stored at all times in one of the following locations:
- Inside the garage of the residence, or
- Behind the single-family residence or fence constructed on the lot, in a manner that the containers are not visible from Ordinary Public View.
Please note that the Anthem Reviewer reserves the right to specify additional approved storage locations for trash containers or recycling bins when necessary.

- No parking in fire lanes at any time. Please review the fire lane map to be aware of designated fire lane streets.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or other vehicles.
- Emergency access must be maintained at all times for fire, police, and medical responders.
- Non-working or inoperable vehicles may not be parked on community streets and must be moved to an appropriate location.

Interested in making changes to your home?
Every homeowner must submit an ACC Request to the Community Manager before making any modifications to the exterior of their home including but not limited to:
· Painting the exterior or trim
· New front door or screen
· Redesign or install landscaping, irrigation, and/or lighting
· Constructing a fence, wall, and/or gate
· Adding a secondary structure
· Installing solar panels or satellite antenna
· Any exterior changes not approved in the Development Area Declaration

Anthem Residents,
Anthem's Pool is open year-round! Please keep in mind the following:
- The pool is open from 5:30 am -10:00 pm (Not heated)

Reset pool furniture after usage.
- Return pool umbrellas to their original and closed position.
- Please place all trash in the provided trash receptacles.

Remember, not to allow anyone without a working key fob into the amenities, as it is a liability and safety issue. They may be visitors, individuals attempting to take advantage of the facilities, or residents who have had their keys turned off for non-payment or misconduct.

6 guests are allowed per household. Homeowner MUST be present
- Persons under the age of 14 must not be in the pool without adult supervision
- Pets are prohibited in the pool yard. Service animals are permitted. No pets or service animals are allowed in the pool.
- Do not swim if you have been ill with diarrhea within the past 2 weeks.
- Glass items are NOT permitted.
- Changing diapers within 6 feet of the pool is prohibited.
- Appropriate dress
- No smoking/vaping
