| | Thank You for Making Hike for Hospice a Record-Breaking Success! | | |
The 22nd Annual Hike for Hospice was an incredible success, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who participated, donated, volunteered, sponsored, and supported the event.
Together, 190 walkers and 488 donors helped raise a record-breaking total of more than $47,000 in support of hospice care in our community. These funds will help ensure individuals and families continue to receive compassionate care, comfort, and support when they need it most.
Thank you to our sponsors, community partners, volunteers, and supporters for helping make this event such a meaningful day. Your generosity and commitment continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

At our Annual Meeting of Members this month, we took a moment to recognize two remarkable individuals whose leadership has helped shape Community Care's future.
After years of dedicated service, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Julie Johnson and Michael Anderson as they retire from our Board of Directors.
Together, Julie (Board Member since 2016) and Michael (Board Member since 2018) have provided thoughtful leadership, sound governance, and an unwavering commitment to strengthening Community Care and the services we provide throughout our community. Their guidance has helped lead the organization through periods of growth, innovation, and strategic planning, always with a focus on improving the lives of those we serve.
On behalf of our Board, staff, volunteers, and the countless individuals and families who have benefited from their leadership, thank you, Julie and Michael, for your years of service, your generosity, and your belief in Community Care's mission. Your contributions have left a lasting legacy, and we wish you both all the very best in the years ahead.
