Have lunch at the Cafe, and shop at the Genuine MS Store for items Crafted, Made, Raised and Grown right here in Mississippi.

Have you ever heard of sorrel? It's a leafy green plant, used alternately as a herb and a vegetable with a distinctive sour and lemony flavor. It is remarkably bright and tart, but also has a deep grassy flavor mixed in.
