"Thanksgiving isn't just a day.
It's a way we can live our lives every day."
Mayer
Dear Southern Door Community
,
At this special time of year, we reflect on our many blessings as a school community. We are thankful for:
. . .our students whose personal energies and talents remind us daily of what is important, and why we, as educators, are here to serve them;
. . .our families who continue to share their most valuable possession of their children with us and partner with us in their education;
. . .our teachers, associates, secretaries, bus drives, nursing staff & therapists, food service, custodians, administrators, and Board of Education, who dedicate themselves each day to the best interests of our students;
. . .our volunteers, who contribute their time, talents, and treasure to our school; and
. . .our community who supports our many educational needs here at Southern Door.
Every day, we see dedicated and tireless individuals going above and beyond to make sure that great things happen in our school, and making a difference in the lives our community’s children – their education, safety, and well-being. I wish all of you and your families, a happy, healthy, and relaxing Thanksgiving holiday break. Thank you for making us Eagle Proud and Eagle Strong.
Patti
