Commonwealth - Bourbon Barrel Aged Talk Story
"Talk story is a blend of 3 year, 2 year and 1 year barrels. We selected a blend of Buffalo Trace, Weller, Elijah Crag and Willet barrels and conditioned them on Date, Banana, Coconut, Macadamia Nuts, Cacao Nibs and Madagascar Vanilla beans. We toasted the macadamias in house in our wood fired oven to develop as much macadamia flavor as possible."

Sapwood Cellars - Pilsner Kopírovat
"We did our best to copy what makes Czech Pilsners so special floor malted Czech Pilsner malt (ours was from Raven in Záhlinice), and expressive Saaz (we used the slightly fruitier "late Saaz"), along with a clean malt-accented lager yeast. We couldn't import 500 gallons of low-mineral water from Pilsen... but a reverse osmosis filter achieved the same result, softening the hop bitterness and rounding out the malt flavor.."

Sapwood Cellars - Aurora of Light
"This spin on our classic "of Light" double-dry-hopped hazy pale is hopped with all bright tropical-lime-tinged New Zealand Motueka throughout! We blended our early and late selected lots from Freestyle for a greater depth of fruitiness with just a little of that Southern Hemisphere weirdness! Motueka is also one of the most haze-positive hop varieties, so expect this one to pour murky!"

Sapwood Cellars - Time Tomb
"This West Coast DIPA has been traveling backward through time to reach us in 2025. It's assertive, bitter, and loaded with our favorite West Coast hops! Citra and Mosaic both have some "tropical" notes, Columbus really brings the old school herbaceous "stank!"

Sapwood Cellars - State Fair Pink Lemonade
"Our State Fair Lemonade is deliciously tangy, sugary, and lemony... but it isn't PINK! This version adds 80 lbs of raspberry puree for jammy notes and a beautiful rosé color! The bright-zesty lemon aroma still leads, while the berries add depth to the flavor and just a little richness to the texture."

Sapwood Cellars - Culinary Diplomacy
"Thai Green Curry Inspired IPA with Coconut, Thai Basil, Serrano, Galangal, and Lime Leaf Added
Like many countries (including the US) Thailand engages in culinary diplomacy. They spend money to standardize and improve Thai restaurants all over the world. Their goal is to boost tourism and increase positive opinions of their county. It worked on us apparently... we borrowed the flavors of green curry for this IPA! It's a little spicy, but the focus is on the beautiful aromatics of galangal (a cousin of ginger), lime leaf, Thai basil, and coconut!"

Nepenthe - Glamour
"This dazzling little lager struts onto the scene sporting a bed of crackery pilsner malt. Gently dry-hopped with just enough Vic Secret, Nelson Sauvin, and Lemondrop. Pale, gleaming straw in color with notes of crisp malt, honeysuckle, and sun-ripened peaches, flaunting a dry, clean finish. A perfect quencher as the days turn to the searing brightness of summer."

Nepenthe - Abracadavera
"A classic West Coast IPA built on a bed of 2-row, wheat, & carapils. Buried in a deep grave of Mosaic Incognito, pellets, & cryo, and banished to the nether realm by even more Mosaic pellets & cryo in the dry hop. Dank notes of blueberry, fresh-cut grass, apricot, and the necromancer’s icy fingers as he pulls you from your grave. Even the dead need a pick-me-up."

"To craft this seasonal variant of Burlington’s Mocaccino Blonde Stout, the brewers started with a sumptuous base crafted with coffee, chocolate, and vanilla for all the flavor of a Stout, but not the anticipated dark color. Jailbreak - Oktoberfest
"Our Oktoberfest is our take on the traditional Bavarian Märzen lager. Unabashedly malt-forward, this medium-bodied, dry lager exemplifies balance between a carefully curated selection of German malts, ester-free lager yeast, and the appropriate tinge of continental hop character. Captivating aromas of actively baking bread and palate sensations of toffee-laced sourdough crust punctuate every aspect of the drinking experience, to the extent that our arms are already tired from raising our steins!"

"Pale as a ghost and soft as hell. Brewed with Pilsner malt, malted oats, and flaked wheat for an incredibly soft, pillowy body and pale straw color. Heavily hopped with Freestyle Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, alongside Citra Lupocore, bringing waves of sweet tropical fruit, Sauvignon Blanc, and bright pink grapefruit. Union - Foxy
"Northern Native American tribes believed that the Red Fox was a wise and noble messenger. Other tribes saw her as a dangerous prankster. Foxy Red IPA is a bit of both. This sly girl creeps out of her den when the night air gets just a little chill and the Autumn leaves begin to turn. Don’t be fooled by the color as Centennial & Columbus hops, bursting with their piney and fruity resins, combine with this rich, red ale to create a perfect balance of juicy hops and bready malt to usher you gently into the colder months. This seasonal IPA won’t be around long, so catch her if you can."

Sierra Nevada - Oktoberfest: Hoppebräu (2026)
"Each year, we partner with a German brewer to create a traditional Oktoberfest, but this modern Festbier breaks the mold. A collaboration with innovative Bavarian brewer, Hoppebräu, our 2026 Oktoberfest is lightly dry-hopped for a hint of floral character, balanced by biscuity flavor thanks to Munich malt. But it won’t last long; this seasonal
beer will be gone before you can say prost!"

"On All Hallows' Eve, Ghoulschip is brewed with fresh, local pumpkins, molasses, and raw pumpkin seeds. Although Ghoulschip isn’t spontaneously fermented, natural microbiota sour it. In the first sip, caramelized malt and mild acidity balance the beer's subtle earthiness. The finish of this light golden ale is dry and tart. Boo!"

Cushwa - Cali Cush
"We took our flagship IPA, Cush, and decided to create a companion that uses more of an old school approach. Cali Cush is an ode to easy drinking, crushable West Coast IPAs. Still packed with a charge of Mosaic and Simcoe, we replaced our house ale strain, and fermented it out with a more traditional California ale strain. The result is a more crisp and clear beer. Amped up with extra pine notes, and a lingering, welcoming bitterness, this is a fun classic twist on our classic beer. Perfect for any time of the day, we hope you enjoy the twist to one of our favorite recipes."
