Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Contra Costa

Join me in celebrating Dr. King's legacy

Honrando al Reverendo Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. en Contra Costa

Únete a mí para celebrar el legado del Dr. King.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day is always deeply important in Contra Costa, where we work to foster a culture of equity, tolerance, and service.

Participating in a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. event is a powerful way to express our support for democratic values, equity, tolerance, love, service, and justice. I love joining my fellow community members in our neighborhoods, where we work together to achieve Dr. King's vision.

Dr. King taught us that:

“Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle.”
