Fellows receive a year-long AFP membership, access to AFP-GLAC events, and an IDEA-focused mentor for the duration of the program. The program is intended to recruit and support a diverse cohort of fundraising leaders by creating a space for community and learning. By the end of the program, the IDEA Fellows will have a strong community through their cohort and their mentor.
