CHAMBER MEMBERS HELPING #YMMFIRE

Many Chambers members have stepped forward to help our fellow Canadians in Fort McMurray followed the devasting forest fire that has destroyed large portions of their city.

North Edge Ice Sports has  organized an initiative with the Canadian Red Cross in support of the "Alberta Fires Emergency Appeal". For the rest of May all of their Yoga and Zumba classes will be held on a donation basis. 100% of the funds raised go directly to the Red Cross for this specific cause.

Tops & Bottoms Garments Ltd. will donate 25 % of its gross receipts for the week of May 9 - 14 to the Fort McMurray fire department, to be used within the community of Fort McMurrary. In addition Norcan Consulting Ltd. will match the Tops and Bottoms donation. Please contact Normand Canuel or more details 250 649 8070.

To help with fundraising efforts Shiraz Cafe and Restaurant will be donating $1 from every lunch item and $2 from every dinner entree directly to the Canadian Red Cross all week. So go in between Monday (May 9 ) and Sunday (May 15) and enjoy an amazing lunch or dinner!
