Kari has shattered glass ceilings and redefined entrepreneurship. But it all started with her love of STEM — a passion she proudly showcased as a high school math award winner.

Now, Kari is using her success to pay it forward by supporting our young female engineers. She knows firsthand the power of opportunity, especially for girls in underserved communities.

For example, Melissa is an 8th-grade member of our STEM-robotics program in Nicaragua (Nicaphoto). She has been in the program for four years. "I would like to study biomechanical engineering ...to help people because this career is about making prosthetics."
